Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with YLS FOOTWEAR.  We are happy to assist you with any returns on items that arrive damaged or defective.  Please email us at for assistance.  Please review the following policies:

  • You have 1 day from receipt date to contact us regarding a damaged product or items shipped in error. Any request to return defective product must be made within 5 days of receipt.
  • We do accept returns on items within 15 days of receipt. Buyer pays to return ship.  Prior authorization is required on all return requests.  Please contact seller for authorization.
  • Any product showing signs of use or are returned with damaged or missing packaging, stickers, etc., will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
  • Please return shoes in a separate shipping box or poly bag for clothing. Shoes returned in just their shoe box will be refused and no refund issued.
