Returns Policy


Thank you for shopping with YLS FOOTWEAR.  We are happy to assist you with any returns on items that arrive damaged or defective.  Please email us at info@ylsfootwear.com for assistance.  Please review the following policies:

  • You have 1 day from receipt date to contact us regarding a damaged product or items shipped in error. Any request to return defective product must be made within 5 days of receipt.
  • We do accept returns on items within 15 days of receipt. Buyer pays to return ship.  Prior authorization is required on all return requests.  Please contact seller for authorization.
  • Any product showing signs of use or are returned with damaged or missing packaging, stickers, etc., will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
  • Please return shoes in a separate shipping box or poly bag for clothing. Shoes returned in just their shoe box will be refused and no refund issued.
